One staff is very rude. He shouted at me to get off my car when I parked there. When I went to pick my car, the other staff is nice. The rude one is really terrible, I paid for the parking service, not to be shouted by the rude one. Won't park there for the second time.

Treated TERRIBLY!! I park in lots in the city VERY OFTEN. I had a pass from a parking app. My pass started at 11:30am. I pulled in at 11:28am, and let the attendant know that my pass starts in 2 minutes. Well I don't know what I pulled into, or what was wrong with him, but he began to brow beat and lecture me! He was so rude and condescending! "Well if your pass doesn't start yet, why are you here?! Now you're going to sit for 2 minutes! You should pull in after your time starts!" And more of that. I was so confused about why he was so angry. He just kept going on. Even as I was trying to figure out how to exit the garage. He YELLED "Leave the way you came in!" Horrible. When I returned, there were 2 new gentlemen working. They were very kind. I asked them wth was wrong with the other guy. They definitely weren't surprised and were very apologetic. This is my first review about a service ever. I have never gone out of my way to leave a bad review, but this place is so terrible that it had to be reported. They damaged my car and didnt tell me about it, I only realized by the time I got home. It clearly looks like it was kicked in probably by one of their horrible staff members. Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. And of course, did not inform me of the damage. Do not trust this place with your car ever.

The worst parking garage ever, they are rude and certified thieves! I parked for little over 1 day and they charged me $146 dollars, it is a robbery, and the guy also gave me attitude!!!
