Worst customer service I've experience!! We were here because we were going to "La Churreria" -amazing place by the way!!- and this was the only parking lot with space left... The guy there -white man around his mid 50's maybe- was visibly upset about had to deal with us, talked rude and acting the same. State that they only took cash, and in certain denominations.. Then he started to inspect my car, and then told me "is this your car??" I was like "what?? Of course is my car... Is there any problem?" and he said "just to be sure..." Of course I wasn't happy about that, and I was not very comfortable till I pick up the car. When I was doing that, I inspected my car before left... He saw me doing that and asked me in a bad mood "WHAT?"... and I said to him " You know.. Just to be sure!!!" Of course, he just turns his back and get into his office, and we left and planned not to return there ever. As the other reviewer said: I know sometimes you have your bad days, it happens to everyone!! But the next customer is not the person to blame, and if you hate your job, try to find something different... To the owner: the guy is killing your business each day he's there... Talk to him if it';s something fixable

I signed up/paid for a spot here at least 5x ahead of time. In return, I did not get a spot, instead an angry worker telling me how there is no spots left and I need to leave. I would politely show him my receipt and he would just go off more. I understand that garages fill up, but if so then don't take money from people who are paying for a spot. Say you filled it up. More importantly don't be rude to your customers. If you hate your job that much, then quit. You may not even work here anymore if it shuts down from all the attitudes these worker's have. Good luck!
