This company may have gone out of business. They don't answer the telephone, they don't respond to messages placed on their site. All very suspicious.

We found a leak under our kitchen sink and Jack responded immediately to our request for help. He came on a Saturday afternoon and promptly and efficiently diagnosed and repaired the problem. He was meticulous in his work, honest, and we were so impressed by how he kept the workspace clean and tidy. Very grateful - thank you!

Called a few plumbers with no luck, thank goodness, because that led me to find this gem!! What can I say, first, he called me back and was more than accommodating with scheduling. Second, he was punctual and texted me to let me know he was on the way. Third, he did a thorough job repairing a leak and a clogged toilet. I'm in Jersey, so he sent me pictures and took videos to show me exactly what the issues were and how he corrected them. Even the tenant texted me to say how professional he was, how he communicated with her too and how he cleaned everything up afterwards. Ive had a lot of plumbing issues over the years and ever since Ive found Jack Ive never looked for another plumber. Hes fast, quick to the task, and does excellent work. Hes not one of those guys thats going to try and take advantage of you. Prices are very reasonable, and the services is impeccable.
