Very rude staff and the bathroom is always out of service for no reason

This is the best Pret location Ive been to in NYC. I go every morning and simply love the staff, especially the Yafessei and the manager that is always with her. They are the best always with a smile and giving a great start to other pops day.

Went there on Sunday afternoon and the staff were extremely rude. Only had coffee and tea available. Bathroom was also not in service but likely the staff just wanted people to leave.

I stopped in at around 1:30 pm on a weekday after my trip to The Strand. They were not terribly busy at this time. I really enjoyed my food, an egg sandwich and veggie harvest soup. There were plenty of options for vegetarian folk, which was great for me. The prices are not too high. Staff were friendly. Establishment was mostly clean, there were a few dirty tables but nothing too serious. They do have outlets available by tables if you are in need of them. I would return here again if given the chance.
