        December 2023 - Great visit with Dr. Prescott today. She was very detailed, friendly, patient, and on point with everything I needed to know about my cats physical well being. Thank you for being a top notch veterinarian to our rescued girl cat Holly. Would have given (5) stars if not for that appointment cancelled charge fee of $50, Ive cancelled within several hours before the appointment time was up that same day it was booked as we had one emergency family health issue that same day! Up to date review: 2/16/2024 Theyve waived my cancelled appointment fee $50 thanks so much. Good vet clinic in our neighbourhood and we take our adult cat for nail trim every few months is also super convenient.

        DO NOT bring your pet here! I brought my dog in for her vaccinations and a dental cleaning consultation. They told me her teeth had a build up of plaque and tartar. I will be the first to admit I do not know how to read a medical chart and cannot understand some of the medical jargon. What I would expect from any decent practice or professional is that they would outline EVERYTHING abnormal with your pet. After over a year, I was informed (by a different practice) her chart states she bas TWO teeth fractures that I was never told about. This sounds pretty serious and even if it is a mundane diagnosis, chalking up her dental issues to plaque and tartar is disingenuous. This is just the highest level of unprofessionalism I experienced here, and I wont even get into the cold attitude by some of the staff. PLEASE go somewhere else as this is a money hungry business with exceptional turnover as I have heard.

        Unprofessional and less than helpful. This practice will not follow up with you about your pet and they will charge you abnormal prices for their services. If you are considering Bond Vet, I suggest you keep looking.
