We arrive 5:30am today to get in line for the new releaee of the omega x swatch, there a lot of people around 500 and then when around 7:30am before the store open they told us that the available watches is only 69pcs, they should planned early or they should not allow the people get in line and wait for a long time, we just waste our time.

I understand that there was a huge demand for the Omega x Swatch collaboration watches but opening a store 2 hours before and selling out everything and after just keeping customers in the queue .... not the nicest way to treat people happy, that for me it only cost 15 minutes to find out, so I am not as disappointed as all in the front row Thanks for experience

Swatch and Omega had a collab. People camped out all night to buy a watch. By an hour before opening there were hundreds of people lined up. At opening it is announced they have about 70 watches. Absolutely ridiculous, it's totla disrespect to all customers. (Not a complaint to this location, more towards Swatch the brand)

Got here around 1pm on a Saturday - the store unfortunately wasn't open w/ a note on the window that said: "Will be back in an hour." Well, people don't spend hours here and I would have loved to check out some merchandize. The store seemed on the larger side, showcasing a lot of watches.
