        Completely positively surprised how interesting the engineering and operation of the locks were. Its a 48ft rise and fall of the water.

        We were kayaking so we could have the canal lock experience of locks 2 and 3 in Seneca Falls. How exciting and a lifetime experience for us. Shawn was our lock engineer and so nice. I had already called with questions about paddling through the locks. I recommend anyone with a canoe or kayak to do the lock experience.
