        The worst customer service ever!! Once you finally get through no help at all. All they want to do is steer you to their website. Third rate financial institution that cant even give a loan payoff amount and information on penalties. Go to Jovia where theyre actually helping. Im closing all my accounts with Bethpage. Theyre not a credit union they now act like some big impersonal bank.
