Had issue with copay on one of my RX. Matt set up conference call with Silver Scrips, pointed out the customer facing information showed the RX as tier 2 with 0 copay. Had the rep review their info and they agreed it was a tier 2, reset the order and notified the pharmacy. Saved $210 co pay.

My husband is turning 65 soon and we contacted Ashley King after going to a presentation and dinner with Morgan & Allen.
