26 Days on market not even a For Sale sign They want your listing and dont care after that. Use another company. I even talked to the broker In charge was told they would do a open house the next weekend and did not even get that .

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I wouldn’t let these people sell an apple for me at a farmers market, let alone a home I was going to move my family into. Completely misrepresented home- said septic worked and water worked. I’m now looking at nearly 8 thousand dollars in repairs before I can even live in the house, but it’s such a tight small community and I’m completely broke from unanticipated repairs it’s not worth it to fight. I lost my business, spent every cent I had, and I’m living in my yard. Do every inspection you can, spend all the money you can- because these people will lie to you and leave you living in absolute hell. Believe me, I’m living there now- and had they just been honest I’d have made the right arrangements so I wouldn’t have lost business to this nightmare too because I can’t shower or flush my toilet. Lesson learned though! We pay for our education in America. I am grateful to know what to do next time- but sure could use that money to fix the black mold issue or the kitchen that fell through the floor.

Do not use these people or their realtors, or you will be sorry. The 2 realtors I used to sell my house worked 95% for the buyers, and not for me. Be very careful you do not use Mark Vuncannon or Farah Mcneil, both of these realtors would not listen to me about or my wants, needs, or ideas in the real estate transaction. They only wanted to make the sale to get their fees. They kept my house tied up for over a month with an unqualified buyer and cost me a lot of time and money.
