In the past several days I have had to use the services of Isaac Crisp. He has at each interval most helpful with supplying explanations and help to get me through very strenuous dealings with anxious recipients. I would definitely say that Mr Crisp has exceeded my expectations with all that he has done.

I first reviewed American IRA 3 years ago. It's a testament to their policies and commitment to customers that I STILL only have the best things to say about them. I LOVE working with the good folks at American IRA! Unlike other custodians, I work with the same people and we know each other, which is so refreshing in this world where we often feel like a "number." They are prompt, thorough, accommodating and always helpful!

American IRA is an outstanding company to work with, top to bottom. The staff goes above and beyond, including the owner of the company, to make sure the customer is happy with their experience with American IRA. Full disclosure, I am not the easiest customer to deal with on occasion, but American IRA treats me with respect and addresses any concerns I have. They have even made changes to their policies based on my suggestions. There are many self-directed IRA custodians out there. You won't find one better than American IRA.

I have been with these folks for almost a year. I was invested the stock market but that was starting to scare me with it's unrealistic value and the uncertainty in the world. This is my first real estate IRA and who I choose to do business with is very important to me. I recently ran into a problem with payment on a power bill. It was elevated to Charlene who addressed it immediately and saw to it that the payment was made without interruption of the power to my condo rental. She overnighted the payment at her cost, sent me the tracking number, and then called me to explain the situation. It's nice to know there is someone looking out for you!
