Flower Gallery

I would avoid this shop. I placed an order for delivery and received a confirmation of my order. The day of delivery arrives, and I receive an email saying my order had been cancelled with no explanation. The contact number for the shop was not in service and I had to search my confirmation email for a parent company phone number. I finally was able to speak to someone who explained that my order had never actually been accepted, even though the payment had already been drawn from my bank account. I struggle to understand how a fundamental failure could occur for an internet order in 2023 without complete disregard for basic business organization. My payment will not be returned for 5 business days.

Luck and her team exceeded all of our expectations leading up to and on our wedding day! The florals, candles, and all other decor items were beyond breathtaking. She truly brought our vision to life and was very patient, accommodating, and responsive with our COVID date postponements and last minute changes. We recommend everyone hire Flower Gallery for their wedding - best florist in all of Asheville!! Your guests will be talking about the flowers months after, just like ours are :)
