DO NOT RENT HERE!! I had the worst experience ever! I lived at The Lodge during the last years but the very last year I lived in a two-bedroom unit. We had huge problems trying to kill all the roaches at the unit, it was horrible! I even remember a day I was sleeping with my 5-month-old baby and a roach fall over my face I will never forget how horrible it was. We did not have the hitting unit working during two full months in winter and they gave us some old hitters that pull power as never and we had to pay 100% more in our energy bill, they didn't want to give us back the money. In the final statement they made up somethings in order to retain the downpayment even thou we paid everything until the last day. we had many problems with the trash compactor it was always full of trash everywhere and animals were making their home there already, the pool was always closed during summer and there was never a clear reason why it was not working I think they never clean the stairs, they were always very dirty. I think they as a company have huge problems they don't want to face, and residents are having many issues just because these people don't want to do their work. Please live somewhere they respect you as a resident not in a place like this.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! What a Bad Bad Experience! So I was going to rent a 2 bedroom Townhome but Jasmine Johnson will Lie to your Face just to get a sale!! I was looking to move in June paid $200 admin Fee and $60 application fee which are non refundable and she said I just needed to set up iCloud deposit which she told me they would take it out monthly which I thought would be easy so I agreed! So when I went to set up my icloud deposit she never mentioned they want 50% up front and the other 1/2 would come out monthly!! Im not paying a deposit 2 months in advance who does that?? So pretty much she cost me $260 I will not be moving here bunch of lies!! Looking at reviews Ive seen pictures of rats,garbage piles up at dumpster, lounge chairs in the pool do not move here Im glad I didnt after seeing all the bad reviews! I really dont appreciate the SCAM they and Dishonesty thats Bad Business!!

Frequent rent hikes that are completely unreasonable. Doesn't matter if you are a great tenant and pay your rent on time, they don't care. They'll increase your rent by an insane amount and that's probably why people are always moving out of here on a weekly basis.
