        The price is not right, the experience is very bad, it is very noisy, you can bring your dog to stay at will. Dogs barking, babies crying, the experience is very bad. Because it is a holiday, I don't know why the price is very high that dayAnd I didn't return my deposit

        Clean when we entered, elevator was out but not a terrible climb to the 3rd floor. Rooms were reasonable, single night stay 2 beds on a Canes game night 10 minutes from the arena and booked the day before, so pretty fair.$112.00 The carpet next to the wall with the bathroom was soaked, possible leak from the tub, the mattresses are noisy and if you move while you sleep your waking someone up. The staff was polite and respectful and for the stay and location I do suggest but will also mention that there are several hotels in the area that are higher end for a few bucks more and include breakfast.

        The rooms are always clean and in good repair. The desk personnel are extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond what is expected. I highly recommend this location.

        The beds were lumpy, squeaky and very uncomfortable. This hotel is pet friendly which we didn't have but the room smelled like pets which did not help with sleeping. Would not recommend or stay here ever again.
