Pathetic service! Arrived at 11:30 PM - they are supposed to be open till midnight. They refused to register stating physician is not available. No humanity and they didnot even care to register/check.

Great experience coming in late with 2 kids with ear infections. Very kind front desk and medical staff. They had the first dose of antibodies there so I didn't have to go to the pharmacy and wait tonight

We had a great experience here after bringing in our 8 month old. We are visiting from out of country and the local medical clinic refused to see our child, so we made the 1.5 hour drive up to Cary and were not disappointed. Already recommended to all of our friends in the area.

Ive had good experiences here until this am. I brought my daughter in bc she was holding spit in her mouth. They swabbed her and told me strep came back negative and asked if I wanted to do a flu/covid test. After I told them no that I was going to get a second opinion they looked at her throat again and said it was a little swollen but she was fine, she wasnt running a fever and her heart rate was normal along with her BP. I told her to the ER DIRECTLY after. They took 1 look at her throat and admitted her immediately, she was running a 103 fever and her heart rate was in the 170s (shes 2). She was immediately put on a IV and administered meds. If I would have listened to oh shes fine its no telling how our night wouldve ended.
