Unmanned Aerial Operations

This guy not only rescheduled last minute on my sellers and their tenant that required a 24 hour notice, but he tried to claim he took interior photos of the tenants home when he never did. He got the interior photos from the sellers and then sent them to me like he took them. I paid him $500. He refuses to go back and take photos of the tenants home even after I have it in black and white that he would go back. Not to mention his photos are disappointing. They are awful! He refuses to reimburse me any money for work he did not complete. His measurements of both homes were way off. He does not know what he is doing. Very amateur. This guy has a terrible work ethic. There are far more professional photographers that take outstanding photos than he can. The reply below is VERY incorrect. I paid because that is who I am. I expected AFTER I learned he used sellers photos to reimburse me for photos HE DID NOT take, but he went MIA on both myself and my seller. Look at the photos at 650 patterson farm and make your own decision on quality. What a joke this guy is. His measurements were so way off as well that I had to correct him myself. Contact me. I will show you his response that he would go back and ACTUALLY take photos of the tenants property but then NEVER did. He does not answer calls or texts either. This guy sucks! Responding to his response he said he would reschedule to take pictures of the Tenant house, and now I am unable to get a hold of him. He will not answer my calls or text messages. Also, hes a liar because he told me those were his photos until I confronted him and showed him the text from my seller that those were my Sellers photos. Also, you cannot just reschedule on a tenant. Being that I am the paying client of $500 to this guy he shouldve called me regarding to rescheduling. I wouldve told him to just go over there and take a picture of of the interior of the Tenants house since we had permission that day to take pictures of the Tenants house. I wanted photos of the interior. That has nothing to do with thunderstorms outside. This guy just had something else to do that day. So he put me and my clients on the back burner. He has yet to offer me a refund or return any of my calls. So yes, I am unsatisfied and he has done nothing about it. He does not care. Aaron was amazingly professional and knowledgeable about the work he did for me. He even went out the way by making a 3D model of my property along with the high quality aerial photography/videography. 10/10 would recommend if you need any drone work done for your business, home, or any property in general.
