    So happy I signed up for this bootcamp. I love trainer Julie. She is watchful and helpful, always suggesting workarounds for my bad back. Workouts have plenty of challenges and variety.

    Loving FIT boot camp!! I was kind of nervous at first because I've never taken any type of training/class before and I didn't want it to a military-ish type of boot camp, but I love this. I was looking for something/someone to motivate me and this is definitely it. Julie is the best! she not only encourage you but actually cares. I really enjoy FIT boot camp.

    After having baby #3 I felt trapped in someone elses body. Until I joined FIT BC. Julie and the trainers are awesome and motivating Im down 20 pounds with 10 more remaining to hit my weight goal. Im so excited to look in the mirror and see my body and my confidence coming back! Thank you sooooo much

    I've been with Julie for since 2011. I attend religiously 4 days/wk. If you put in the effort, than her program WILL work for you! People hear bootcamp and think it is super hard...not true...it can be catered to any fitness level. I can workout beside someone just starting out, it's all in the effort and intensity that you decide is right for you. She provides modifications when necessary. Also she changes up the workouts so your body doesn't get used to the same workouts. Love the fact she uses weights in her workouts also! There are just so many studies out just how beneficial that strength training is, plus you build muscle which increases metabolism & you can eat a little more. No need to starve yourself to lose fat and build muscle! Come try it. I can't wait to meet you!
