My garage door was damaged by a delivery man. I contacted Presto to assess the damage and hopefully fix it. So, ended up the delivery man had damaged it pretty severely and I told Terry (at Presto) that I plan to submit a claim for this repair. He was so sympathetic and supportive. He took time to explain to me what happened and why he had to make the repairs. Then when he finished the repairs, he took the time to even write up a more detailed explanation that I could provide with the claim. And that really helped because I got reimbursed for the repairs. I felt Terry was competent in how he diagnosed the issue and was very clear about what he would need to do. I would recommend this company and will use them again for future repairs. We had the gutter guards installed previously on our upper level. They've been great, so we had them installed on our lower level. It's fast and no fuss, with a warranty longer than another business's product who we had provide us a quote.
