Botero Carts

Im here to tell yall that it was worth the 3 hour trip from the Raleigh NC area to Charlotte NC. I spoke to Joshua on the phone and he said come on down to see what they had available. They had a lot of carts to look at. We met Ronnie and he took his time explaining everything about the carts, price , seating and much more. He gave us a great price on a Evolution Forester 6 seater. We chose the color we wanted and a few extra accessories. Great experience!! Everyone we met there was polite, helpful and welcoming. Ronnie we were glad we spoke to you and thank you for your help. I hate to give this review a two, but in all honesty that is what it deserves due to the customer service experience that I have been through. I ordered my black maverick evolution on April 1 and was told it will be here in 2 weeks. 4 weeks later no sign of my cart with me calling on a regular basis. Finally I spoke to someone and swapped it out for a gray cart. This was supposed to be rushed and delivered the next day. No sign of that. Again kept calling , texting and leaving messages. I finally got it delivered and the guy who delivered it had no clue about set up and operations. Just the delivery guy I am missing keys to lock compartments. All the guys were great when I visited the location to buy however no one will answer the phone. Worst follow up and CS I have experienced. Beyond frustrating experience encountered

They sold a cart that had so any issues ad then refused to honor the warranty within a reasonable time. Terrible service and business practices
