        Spectrum is a brand. Charter is the company. They both are terrible. AT&T has better Internet, costs less, uses fiber not coaxial cable DSL shared rings. For wireless, what a joke, they resell Verizon’s 3G network just like Straight Talk. Don’t waste your money, shop the other brands, you’ll see for yourself and have more money in your pocket. Look at all the negative reviews too. 🤮

        Spectrum is Corporate Thiefs at its Finest. Canceled my subscription in advance. Returned equipment on time. No additional bills or notices recieved. 6 month later False Collections Case. Called agreed was incorrecct and would be corrected. 18 Months later New Collections Company sent to collect false debt. NEVER WILL I EVER RETURN TO THIS CORRUPT ESTABLISHMENT. Make them send you a cancelation confirmation no matter what they say.
