Cummins Sales and Service

Honestly, I want to like this place but there is little to no effort in customer service or care. Our business has come to this location a couple of times for issues with our generator thinking it would be the best place because, well, our generator is a Cummins Onan 12500 They have had over a week (as we have been out of town) to address and fix our recent issue with the generator to which they (Chris) said it shouldnt be a problem and they would keep us updated. Here we are, a week later and the most work they have done was get the generator out of the truck, still sitting and waiting to be fixed and put back in place. They take zero initiative to call and give updates on progress and we have had to lose money in closing our business because of zero communication yet again.

I have tried to call this place 10 times. no answer. I stopped to get a quote for them to do work. waited a month for a response. I got no email. I stopped again today to be brushed off and told it was not possible by service. They had no idea what I was even trying to do. I guess the door handle he was screwing together was more important than getting around 250k work from my company.

Nice personnel they have. They had our order ready when we went in. Just filled out paperwork and paid them. The traffic to and from Charlotte was congested down on I-85. Pleasure doing business with such knowledgeable vendors. Fulbright Garage, Valdese, NC
