Craig took care of us every step of the way. From our first meeting outlining the steps we'll need to buy our home to last minute texts and emails for questions. He always had an answer and if he didn't know he was immediately on the phone getting it for us! I'm absolutely positive without him in our corner we wouldn't have gotten the house we put an offer on. He made sure we were the most attractive offer without being the highest bidder. His connections made this stressful life event almost as breezy as a covergirl commercial. We'll be going back to Craig (although hopefully not for a long time) whenever we need to sell or buy!

Craig has been absolutely amazing during our entire home buying process. From finding the home we love, to helping us craft the best offer (and getting it accepted same day!) all the way through the closing process, Craig has been no short of excellent. This was our first home purchase and he walked us carefully through each step, being extremely diligent and transparent about this entire process. He even went as far as negotiating on our behalf with the buyers to help us save money.
