        Great customer service , all UPS stores provide service but this store really is above and beyond . They make it happen with a smile no matter how busy or how late it is that will make sure you are taken care of. Nick the manager is amazing and he will make things happen no matter how complex it is . Thank you Nick and thank UPS for this great store

        This is the best mail facility in Ballantyne/Fort Mill/Indian land area! I will drive to this location anytime over long lines and frustration at closer locations! The staff is always nice and moves quickly!
