Jerry was awesome to work with! He explained everything very well and was super knowledgeable. He helped us find the perfect mattress. We are happy with our purchase and will be back if we ever need another mattress!

Jerry was friendly and helpful and I like the convenience of the Clemmons location. I will say that I question their diagnostic process that they ask you to do early in your visit because Im fairly certain that it would recommend the most expensive mattresses for anyone. Maybe Im wrong but I felt a little skeptical. Also, the entire buying process is rather lengthy and frankly more verbal information that I want or need. Its like dazzling you with boring information. They also promise that you wont find the same mattress for less anywhere else which is useless because they have proprietary made mattresses that no one else sells. If feels a little gimicky but at the end of the day Im happy with the mattress I probably overpaid for.

My husband and I went to Mattress Warehouse in Clemmons to look for a new mattress for our king size bed. Jerry Smith is the manager and only salesperson that was available. He took us through a diagnostic questionaire and a bed analysis to find what we needed. He then had us try several beds by different manufacturers. He was very knowledgable and professional in his manner. He answered all of our questions completely. He helped us find the perfect mattress for our needs and within our budget. We are completely satisfied with our purchase.

Jerry Smoth was super helpful. He was had not bought a mattress in some Time and he took his time with us and got us a great deal. We did not feel rushed or pressured at all
