    Our living room floors and stairs were recently done by Legacy Floor Services and I highly recommend!! Not only do they look amazing, but the process was very smooth, and hassle free! Our home was occupied and Axcel and his team treated our stuff with care. Great communication throughout the entire process. 5

    Recommended by my neighbors. I take my time to write my honest opinion and facts in reviews. Mine experience was rocky rocky. We ordered the flooring and was schedule for install. The day of install around 830AM I overheard the installer inform the project person (Nelson i think his name was) that we would not be able to walk on the stairway for 24hrs because of the glue. Nelson inform me and the wife of the same and informed If we decidwd to walk on the floors we had to walk very lightly because it could cause the flooring to shift. Unfortunately I'm a hefty guy 6'6 300+ lbs and explained that it's impossible for me to walk lightly. I also explained that my in-laws and step kids were in town. So I believed it would be nearly impossible to accommodate the floors for 24hrs, especially since the bedrooms are upstairs and the dogs go out every 2-4 hours. I also explained that my in-laws were older as well 79 and 80. I began to plan for hotel accommodations for us so I could continue to work as I work from home and we wouldn't have to worry about walking on the stairs. I also asked Nelson about reimbursements or company card or removal of costs since we now have to get hotel rooms and board our dogs, which cost my wife and I $265 for the day. Nelson chuckled and informed "that's not happening." Unfortunately I could not cancel the install as they had already begun removing my carpet. (They were super quick with that). So I pack up the family and drive myself to hotel because my virtual work starts at 10am. It gets better... ...Somewhere between 12-2pm I get a call from Nelson that they did not order enough flooring or it was miscalculated when they ordered, so the floors would not be complete until extra arrives. I recommended he inform my wife so she can handle it as I was frustrated and no longer cared. They reported the following Monday to complete the flooring and Nelson informed they would remove the hotel fee from the cost. I ask about the dogs but it was a no. Unsure what ever happened on that. I just paid it and went on with life. We did have the installer come back out the following week because one the top step was about 3/4 inch higher than the rest and glue was seeping out and dried up. A couple things I take from my experience. 1. The installers work very quick and pride themselves on the work. They really work very well. 2. The floors look great now. 3. We did get reimbursed from the rooms at minimum. 4. Other than the 1yr warranty Nelson said we have for the flooring, I truly hope the floors last as I don't want any other interactions. Install day was a nightmare for us. 5. I learned that I can be very patient and not blow up over everything. I was proud of myself. If there are any feelings that I am being inaccurate with my review please do not hesitate to email me or my wife. I do wish them the best and have heard amazing experiences from my community with them.

    Acxel and team are great! They work fast and take great care during the job. We had them lay new hardwoods in a brand new kitchen and they got the job done in one day and didnt leave so much as a tiny scratch on any of the counters. Highly recommended!

Corrections, the sales person paid for half of your boarding of the dogs and the shortage on the material was a shortage per box from the manufacturer, and was explained to Ms. Cheek.
