I WILL EAAAAAASILY do business with ms blair again. I have closed with 10 properties from the buying aspect, this was my FIRST time selling and on top of that it was my first 1031 exchange which adds even more unfamiliar territory to the process...BLAIR was almost jesus, allah, and budda in this process lol. This property was in a different state that i live in so i was not there the entire time. She kept me in the loop, had the connects for EVERYTHING..had the house painted, small maintnance, pitched ideas to make it more appeasing, she even wrote my ad for the sell because i definitely fell short lol..i didnt have to do no work foreal lol. I think she would have built me a house IN my house if i needed it done lol. But this was the fastest, least stressful experience i had and i HIGHLY recommend her. It was our FIRST time doing business in nc other than buying my house and if i ever do business in nc or kno anyone doing it its blair or nobdy for me!
