        I have a large 2.5 acre lot. Mr. Raynor did a fantastic job clearing out unsightly brush and small unhealthy trees that were crowding the good trees. Now my view is so pretty, my land is healthier, and I feel like I have doubled my usable property. Fabulous work! Highly recommend!!

        If you need land clearing and/or stump grinding, Mr. Raynor is the best I've ever worked with. His prices are great and his service is above and beyond. What he did for me in two days, clearing acres of thick growth land with his skid loader's forestry attachment would have taken a crew of workers weeks to do. He gets my highest recommendation.

      If you are trying to clean up some of your property, stop now & call me. My equipment can do more in just a few hours than you can do with a few helpers in 2 days. You will not be disappointed. We have specialized equipment that can clear or clean up your property. Property lines, shooting lanes, overgrown areas or just reclaiming land that has grown up with undergrowth. This process is good for the land & can give you space that you couldn’t use before.I do my own work with my equipment. I do not hire someone to run my equipment for me. I take a personal interest in this work & want to do the best job I can. I offer free estimates & can usually respond very fast.We offer small packages for the smaller jobs.       Customer was trying to make this a closing item with the sale of his property. Didn't know if he was paying or the buyer. I don't do closings. Property he wanted cleared was very steep. Too steep for my equipment. After thinking about it this project had the making of a bad deal for both of us. So I withdrew my quote.
