        Please dont rent from this apartment management company. The staff doesnt care about their tenants, theyre all about money and getting over on people. The staff there are very unprofessional, uncaring, insensitive, and not understanding whatsoever. I have been having the same issue for almost two months now. Several maintenance workers came to inspect the issue but neither of them fixed the issue. I have a small child and we should not be living like this especially when rent is being paid. People please save yourselves the headache and stress by not renting from Heritage Apartments.

        The staff lies and puts the need of residents after the benefit of the apartment complex. Long wait for simple work orders and threatened to be fined for leaving trash outside my door overnight bc I have pets and the dumpsters where full.
