Our overall stay was good except when we left out for a few minutes on Saturday morning and came back to find out that front desk deactivated our room keys just to threaten and accuse us of something that the people beside us with dogs were doing. That guy was very rude and I think his name was Chuck. He wouldnt give us any towels or anything. He told us if he heard any noise from us he was kicking us out without a refund. How can he do such thing and we wasnt doing nothing and we barely came out our room. Your response is a lie because we werent even out late at night. How can someone complain on is when we barely left our room. So is this because my room and the other rooms you are talking about were the only black people that was there at the time, Lets talk about the people that was between our rooms that had the dogs. When we first got there they force the dogs in our face trying to make us talk and pet them pretending they got loose. Lets talk about how every time we walked out our rooms they let the dogs out pretending they got out. Lets talk about how they were the ones making all the noise fighting in the room about a phone. This must be the guy that threatened us because we were the only black people there but I promise you well never book there again!!!
