I rented a truck here through the Save Green Self Storage complex on Samet Drive, and while the truck itself was fine and didn't give us any problems, evidently some of its equipment was busted. We drove this truck less than 5 miles between Windstream Way and Copperstone Drive, but a few days later, I'm being charged an extra $95.00 because they think we drove 460 miles!? When I called to make the reservation, I said there was 2 miles between my home and the place I was moving into. I suppose they put that information with the reservation because when I called to inquire about the unexpected $95.00 fee being charged to my account, the woman said I'd quoted 2 miles but drove 460. Had someone requested a round trip total, I would've said 4-5 miles, which makes me wonder if someone didn't actually mistake a reading of 4.60 miles for 460 miles when checking the meter. I mean they misspelled my name as 'Angella', so it's either a human error or the device is broken. I was also told someone would call me regarding this matter but no one ever has. So I called the storage place back, and they gave me a number to call which I sadly lost in the process of moving to a new home. Either way, if they cared, they would've called themselves, and I will never recommend Penske to anyone. Not only did this error occur, their rates are way too high as well (a $150.00 holding fee was taken out on me along with the rental price, and they never refunded that either). So please do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place and go to Uhaul if you need to rent a truck.

Excellent roadside service, truck averaged 9.5 to 10.0 mpg from Missoula Montana to Greensboro NC. Cab has updated driving features, Bluetooth radio all good! Will recommend Penske!
