Pam was excellent from start to finish. As a first time home buyer I was skeptical about the market. Other agents were not receptive of my concerns or generally not that responsive. My first conversation with Pam was warm and engaging. She listened to my concerns and what I wanted in a home. Pam was very responsive and on point during my home search. I remember after telling her what I wanted in a home her telling me that's what we're going to get. Pam went above and beyond throughout the process answering questions and finding answers for questions. When all was said and done I ended up getting a new construction home with everything that I wanted and more that was in my budget. I can honestly say that suggestions she made, the effort she put forth, and encouragement at the right time was monumental in the awesome feeling of purchasing my first home. Pam eased a lot stress that comes with home buying, has a great personality, is a great human being, and will treat you like one also.

My realtor was on vacation for the weekend and Kim went above and beyond and helped us close on our first home! I had to work over the weekend and Kim sent me videos of the home. I am so grateful I chose Berkshire Hathaway Kernersville. They organized everything from home inspections to home repairs and they advocated for us when closing on the home. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Kim Adams if you are looking to buy a home. My husband and I moved to NC from Virginia. Kim went right to work to help us find the perfect home for our family. That is no easy task in this crazy market. She made sure we saw listings as soon as they became available and made sure we were able to see the homes right away. She helped us work through all of the due diligence and fought to get all of our requests from the seller. She got to know my family and was invested in making our dream of having our family all in the same location a reality! Her partner, Emily Nifong, was an integral part in accomplishing this as well. They are both very knowledgeable, prompt, thorough, honest, kind, and responsive. Thank you!

Great realtor to work with and she made every efforts to deliver what I needed. And such a good communicator and coordinator among multiple stakeholders involved, including the other agent and the lender, that helped make seamless transaction/closing. Definitely work with her again in the future!
