We found Albert Spadin by sheer chance. We had been trying to do the home search ourselves after not finding a realtor who met all our needs. But our initial meeting with Albert convinced us that he was someone with a positive, determined-yet-relaxed approach that felt like a good match for us. I was impressed by Alberts sense of hustle and willingness to meet us wherever we wanted to view a home during times that worked for us and our family (we have two toddlers - so navigating home viewings in between naps was a challenge!). He provided honest advice on properties and we never felt rushed into making decisions. Albert was always forthright about what seemed priced properly versus what was overpriced. The Triangle area is currently a very competitive market. We had several frustrating moments with homes being snatched up before we could even view them. Albert counseled us through momentary disappointments and helped us press on. We fairly quickly found a house that is perfect for our family and, thanks to Alberts sage guidance, we made a successful offer!
