        *Updated* I adjusted to three stars. I received a call the next day (after posting this review) and I was refunded 50% of the parking spot. Definitely better than nothing, thank you for that! ** While David was great, I have to leave this lower star review in hopes others don't fall into the same "miscommunication" I did. I'm very disappointed in this business. In a nutshell, I wish I would have carried a tape measure with me on my hunt for storage units because there's no details on the parking spots that are covered they sell. So if you buy something wrong, it's all on you. Unless they start putting better information on the website and on the parking spots in person to give you a better idea of what measurements are for vehicles. Covered parking spot - 8 foot height fyi! And very pricey for parking compared to other businesses.

      Hello Krystal Greenhaw, Upon review of your situation and discussion with our manager David, we have decided to grant a partial refund, based on the unusual circumstance you had which required you to secure a storage unit and parking space many weeks in advance of receiving your actual vehicle and inventory. That portion of the situation appears to have been beyond your control, and we understand. However, the portion that was fully within your control was to measure the actual unit. Our manager has stated that he offered you to be able to measure the unit several times and you declined. Also, because you leased the units, even though you did not move anything into them, they were still under your exclusive control, effectively removing them from our inventory and making them unrentable to anyone else. As this represents lost income for our business, we feel that a 50% refund is an amicable compromise. We are sorry it did not work out for you with our facility, but we do wish you nothing but the best and lots of luck with your new business. Please take care.
