        Went to press charges against someone who threatened to kill me. Arrived at 0753, rang the bell, NO MAGISTRATE on duty. Waited until 0821, finally left. Law enforcement officers in the courthouse could offer no explanation. I thought there was supposed to be a magistrate available 24/7. Why didn't the night- time magistrate stay over until the day person get there? They can't tell time in Rockingham county apparently.
