I rented a backhoe for a month and had 18 service calls Brad the manager "gave" me an extra week, so that means I'm only down 11 days of work. And the Machine only broke down 4 times in those extra 7 days I had notified them that I needed it for an extra week to make up for the 11 days + 4 days down that their equipment was broke and sitting on my property. They came and picked up the machine anyways. So I had to pay them again to get another piece of equipment out here to finish up my project and only had one blowout for those seven days. the guy came and picked it up and threw trash in my yard and I called him out and he gave me attitude . So I called the Shelby office and the Hickory office where that other piece of equipment was from, apparently nobody cares that he threw trash in my yard and gave me an attitude after I'd spent thousands of dollars
