(Stolen Mail) been calling for two or three days now nothing done I been told to wait for three days been waiting, I told them I donâ€™t feel safe with our mail lady sheâ€™s every rude I can see every piece of mail they scan in. Have photos of mail but have not received mail. Iâ€™m just tired of the excuses

DO NOT LET NEGATIVE REVIEWS INFLUENCE YOU! This location is HUGE on customer service. I've been here a handful of times, and gotten great customer service and a through response to my questions. They went over and beyond to help me each time. Ms. Lillie in particular (today) was very helpful to me. She let me know it would take some time to find my package because she was going to look by hand, THAT WAS INCREDIBLE & SHE DIDN'T MIND. Please just remember they are doing the very best they can during these times. BE KIND TO THEM! Plus my regular mail carrier is AWESOME!!

I had a package with a prepaid label, so I just needed to drop it off. Inside the big parcel box had a box stuck in the roll down door. It was too big so I removed it to put mines in. Then the door wouldnâ€™t open back up to make sure my package dropped. There was a long line so I went in the exit door to let a young man know and I gave him the other package. He guaranteed theyâ€™d make sure my return package was okay.
