We hired dryer vent wizard to relocate the dryer vent in our laundry room. On the whole they did a good job and even came back when another dryer vent tech disconnected our vent while he cleaned. The one unfortunate part of this experience was the large hole left by Dryer Vent Wizard when they attempted to install a duct boot that couldn't be used due to a structural beam directly under the wall in our laundy. My only wish would be that they would have surveyed the job before proceeding. This could have avoided a gigantic hole to be repaired by another company.

Alexander did a fantastic job, put up with our barking dogs, climbed up and down from our roof in the cold and dark, and did not stop until the problem was fixed! We bought a new house but had no idea how clogged with old lint the dryer ducts and vents were. When Alexander arrived he didn't know what kind of day it was going to be, so it makes us that much more appreciative that he assessed the problem and offered multiple solutions to us.
