This place USED TO BE really great! The HOA SUCKS! When I first found this place it was nothing but land. In the plans we were promised a walking trail in the woods. We had it, until we didn't.Last year they ripped it down to build more homes. Our wildlife has nowhere to go. Everyone catches Coyotes and Red Fox on their Ring video. I don't believe any cat should be outdoors. We now have about half the population of outdoor cats than we once did. If you go out early enough for a jog,walk,take out the dog, even when your kids goto the bus stop, you better be with them.Those Coyote are out there at the same time! If you walk your dog, if you have a gun, bring it. Definitely bring pepper spray, or some sort of aerosol can. Not just for the wildlife. Every now and again we are targeted. However, if you are lucky enough to find someone selling one of the first homes built. Talkin 2004 through 2008 ish. All of Both Whirlaway's, Finish Line, Seattle Slew, any roads in between, Pimlico, Championship, all the smaller homes that go down towards the retention pond. All roads in between.Those are all great options and Safe. Nobody wants to get caught in a cul-de-sac. Now I'm only saying from experience. Those are the areas I walk now. I used to walk all the way down Championship to the end. Not anymore. We do have neighborhood watch. With head watchmen in areas to report to. It is something. You do want to keep your doors locked at all times. Your cars locked at all times with the alarm on if you have one. Dear God, PLEASE don't leave your gun in your car! Yes, we had somebody's car or truck stolen with their guns inside!
