Long story short I stopped in when they first opened as I live next door for a free wash. Well you get what you pay for. I noticed it stained the panels bw my windows the following day. Tried calling multiple times with no answer. Had to travel for work so I had to physically go in a few weeks later. Spoke with a dalton. He was helpful. He took pics of the damage and said he would get back to me. After a week I called. He didnt answer but did call back the following day. I was told to use steel wool and a certain wax on this. First off Im not the smartest but would assume steel wool will scratch it. Asked my old mechanic and he agreed. I asked when I could bring it in so they could correct the issue and was told they dont have the wax. Then I asked if Ill be reimbursed as Ill have the get this detailed or something to get this out and they said they wouldnt help with anything. Too bad bc I live right next door at the Pointe. The vacuums were great and the car wash looks nice, but unless you want them staining your car DO NOT use this place. (This is the new location next to food lion by the Pointe). I want to say dalton was nice enough but this is un acceptable. I was also told it was only the first few days and theyve figured this issue out. Doesnt help me much. Think this is the first review ever Ive ever wasted my time to write but thats how blown away I am. STAY CLEAR

H2 Turbo cleaned my truck perfectly! The vacuums helped out getting the dirt out from my truck as well. Highly recommend!
