The CSM Team (Sam) was easy to work with and responsive when we had questions. The install teams for both the wood and the carpet did a great job! They communicated well, restored the home to pre-work condition and were kind and respectful. Great experience overall!

After shopping around for flooring we decided to go with CSM and are so happy with the service we received. I worked with Ashley and she went out of her way to help me in a timely and friendly manner. She arranged for me to have a few boxes of flooring I could try out in my space before making the final decision. Lenny and his crew did the installation and it went smooth, fast and looks fantastic. They were even considerate with cleaning up and putting their tools on cardboard to protect the floors. That means a lot to a customer. Im hoping for years of enjoyment with the new flooring! Thanks yall!
