James E. Moore works with many insurance companies to find the best fit for you. They will go to bat for you if you have a claim and the insurance company is either being non-responsive, or denying your claim. My Agent, Gwen McQueen, did exactly that for me and helped me to get a satisfactory outcome. I highly recommend James E. Moore.

This agency has increased my flood insurance policy premiums twice in the 5 years I have been with them. Each time I have not been contacted. This morning I woke up to my mortgage payment doubled because my flood insurance policy TRIPLED without my knowledge or consent. This is the second time this has happened. The first time they refunded me thousands of dollars without explanation. Fortunately their office is closed today so I am unable to resolve this issue. I am so incredibly stretched financially and beyond stressed out. I will be dropping this company ASAP. If you want to keep your money, avoid this company.
