Everkem makes excellent products. We are a home performance company working on existing homes and we regularly use Everkem's ThermaSeal spray foam which is a combination fireblock and low-expansion foam so we do not have to switch foams between air sealing around windows and air sealing in attics and crawlspaces. The EvoSeal MS sealant is the best sealant I have ever used. The AcuraSeal sealant works extremely well in crawlspaces sealing vapor barriers to foundations while being very cost effective. I interact with all levels of their company from management, sales, administrative, and production. They are fantastic people extremely helpful and they are always improving their products and methods to give us the best products and service. As a contractor I am always looking for the next best product to use when making repairs. In my line of work (nuisance wildlife control removal and repairs) you want to provide the customer with a service and repair that will prevent them from having to call you back out in the future for the same problem. This ends up costing my company time and money by repairing issues under warranty.
