        For the first time in my life I enjoy exercise and look forward to going ! All the instructors are fabulous but Rebekah is my absolute favorite. I was nervous starting because Im uncoordinated and out of shape. Rebekah helped me with modifications and is so encouraging. Im so happy I joined.
