The Retreat At Urban Plains

Great location and nice apartments. Staff is really poor. Minor maintenance requests take a long time. No matter how clean your place is, they will keep your deposit, and likely charge you to replace things that are in great condition. Highly recommend not living here. Other apartments are just as nice and have heard better things about their staff.

After my last somewhat negative review, Retreat has cleaned the indoor parking area floor and has generally kept up with the cleaning and general repair of the building including the emptying of the dog poo containers. So, there has been a much appreciated improved management of the building and grounds, which is expected of these pricey apartments.

Quiet and conveniently located in the urban plains area of South Fargo the retreat is a pet friendly housing area ready made for an active community. Area walking and biking paths close by allow for access to the greater surrounding developments creating a diverse and inclusive environment. The apartments are modern and have and industrial feel which is apparently the architectural style in vouge at the present time in history. First floor indoor parking allows for shelter from the elements and easy access to the apartments.
