        When in on 11/16 @1:50 the service was very slow. It's obvious the fryer oil hasn't been changed in a while. We also found a hair in our food (they knew and did nothing about it) and to top it all off they made my hot fudge Sunday first and left it sit until after they made the food.

        I had a hankering for a cone. I stopped by around 4:15pm on 11/6. Liz was the only one working and she was doing a fantastic job. Went above and beyond for me. Thank you for the great service.
