My Rheem tankless water heater was failing. And even the installer did not want to come out and debug it. I called 10 plumbers and not a one wanted to debug it. But Top Gun sent Eric and he did a fantastic job of getting the right diagnosis, I got the part, and he installed it quickly and it's perfect.

I called them over for a leak under kitchen sink. They couldnt replicate the leak so were willing to go back without any charge (unlike other money driven plumbers). I pointed another issue and they installed an air vent to resolve it. My dishwasher didnt drain the next day so I called them and they came first thing on Monday. They debugged it thoroughly and didnt charge for it at all. Very impressed with their professionalism and ownership to keep customers satisfied. Definitely recommend them.

We had a water service line issue - a leak somewhere between the water meter and the main supply valve at the water line entry into the house, that resulted in two-fold increase in water / sewer bill. Based on references from different people whom we knew personally as being trustworthy in respect to this issue, we have contacted three plumbing companies for their ideas on how to deal with water service line leak, what strategy and technologies to use, and their cost estimate for the whole job. All three came to the property, performed their checks, provided their ideas, estimates and responded to our questions. We chose the Top Gun Plumbing, Inc. for the following reasons: 1 - they were easy to get in touch with and responded to our calls a bit faster vs. others. 2 - their ideas and suggestions on strategy and technologies called for the longest-lasting resolution of the issue combined with the least cumbersome and least-damaging to the landscaping work plan. 3 - their cost estimate for the whole job was the lowest. 4 - their estimate had no attached possible contingencies that may serve to justify cost increase halfway through the job. 5 - they were the least talkative of all three yet they provided the preemptive amount of information on the issue and proposed technologies, and their answers to our questions were complete and easy to understand. They did the whole work as tidily as could be done. There were no deviations in their actual schedule from their predicted timeline. As of today, they completed installation of the whole new water service line between the water meter and the house main supply valve - total length of about 70 feet - five week ago. The new installation works very well. Our whole experience resolving the water service line issue with the help of Top Gun Plumbing, Inc. is very positive. Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair
