        She cut multiple inches off and it only took her 2 minutes. She said she was done and asked if I needed anything else to which I responded I scheduled an appt for wash and cut. She washed it and didnt rinse all the product out then didnt dry all of it. She also proceeded to rip through my hair with a comb pulling so hard it caused a headache. Extremely uneven. Will have to pay to get it fixed elsewhere. I should get a refund.
