Roughrider Motor Inn

Don't. Just don't. The old man that runs this place is trying to make a million off of weekly guests. Nothing in this place warrants $600 a week. Small rooms. No microwave. Fridge is dripping water. Towels in water closet, yes closet, are marked "rags" and have the stains to prove it. Internet is less than 11mb/s. Tag on A/C says it was cleaned in '11. Charged me twice for the room.

This is the most outrageous disgusting place I've ever stayed, the smell is just God awful, the hallway had a horrible smell , the office was cluster with junk collected over the last 50 years , then we get in our room with stained carpet that I didn't want to put my feet on , we left and got cleaning supplies just to make it somewhat comfortable, this place is one notch above a homeless shelter. It needs to be shut down and smashed into a pile and set on fire . I'm not here to bash this business I didn't have any conflicts with any one ,this is just my opinion.

I travel for work and stay at many hotels. I wasnt expecting much but was pleasantly surprised with the Roughrider Motor Inn. Simple, clean, they seem to do the important things right. The property is older but well taken care of. Family type business. Would stay here again no question. 5 stars for the heater switch in the bathroom. Awesome.
