        Rude staff, patient rights are violated, best interest for patients is ignored, no ethical treatment.

        The Dr(wolfgram)(male) was very rude and unprofessional, leaving a sarcastic and unnecessary comment to the patient who was in extreme pain from overian cysts. No pain medication was given to patient while she is in tears. They gave an anti-inflammatory shot and sent her home still in severe pain, telling her it would work immediately. It did nothing to help pain. I would not recommend this place, not even for a stray dog. DO NOT COME HERE. Make the drive to literally anywhere else. This is not the first bad experience here either. I had tendinitis in my wrist and it was inflamed and I couldn't move it, very painful.They told me it was a spider bite. I walked out and went to fargo and got the necessary care for it.

        I have seen Dr. Katie Tanner for 6 years. She has been a kind, compassionate Dr. The staff are all cheerful, friendly, and helpful. I am aware the building itself is older but looks clean and maintained. I have always felt like I am where I belong.
