        Great customer service! I came to the store for the first time in December 2022. I was visiting Minot on a business trip and my only part of boots broke. The staff helped me find a new pair of boots and really spoke highly of Pikolinos. These are my FAVOURITE shoes! Over a year later and I still love them. I just stopped by the store and again had an amazing customer service experience with Brooke. Even though I'm not from the area, I look forward to stopping in when I do come to town. I would definitely visit for quality footwear and great customer service!
